This raw vegan broccoli pesto is fabulous. Really. If you’d like to eat raw broccoli for its health benefits but don’t want to munch on it just like it is, try my recipe. It’s more than easy. And you get loads of calcium and sulphur in your body and your bones will shout: Yeah, that’s what we’ve been waiting for!

4 -5 pc of sun dried tomatoes
1 Tbs white miso
a bit of virgin olive oil
pizza spices or spices according to your taste (ground cumin, dried or fresh wild garlic, dried or fresh basil etc.)
Divide the broccoli into florets and place them together with the sun dried tomatos into the food processor (fitted with the “S” blade). Blend until it has the consistency you like. Then add the remaining ingredients and pulse until well incorporated. Put the pesto in a jar and let it sit for a few hours or even a day. You can enjoy it on your favourite raw vegan bread 🙂 or crackers.
